Margaret O'Neill
Mrs. Margaret M. O'Neill, 74, of Lucinda died Aug. 31, 1987, Franklin Regional Medical Center.
Born Jan. 16, 1913, at Lucinda, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret Ochs Griebel. She was married Sept. 23, 1937 to Peter E. O'Neill, who died June 12, 1968.
Mrs. O'Neill was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Lucinda and the rosary society of the church.
Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Marcus (Margaret M.) Wolbert of Lucinda, Mrs. Dennis (Jane A.) Greenawalt of Lucinda, Mrs. Fred (Nancy R.) Vickey of Union City RD, Mrs. Ed (Ruth A.) George of Lucinda, Mrs. Robert (Carolyn S.) Martino of Georgetown, Mass., and Mrs. Edmund (Lois E.) Burdon of Warwick, R.I.; two sons, Peter E. of Lanham Md., and Michael L. of Lucinda, 35 grandchildren.
Also surviving are two brothers, James Griebel of Lucinda, Regis Griebel of Clarion RD2, and three sisters, Mrs. Edward (Beatrice) Lutz Sr. of Lucinda, Mrs. Maurice (Leona)Rapp of Lucinda and Mrs. Dennis (Lucille) Bauer of Bradford.
One brother, Leo Griebel, and two sisters, Grace Griebel and Mrs. Omar (Germaine) Gatesman preceded her in death.
Services were at 10 a.m. Thursday, (today) in St Joseph's Church with the Rev. Walter Packard officiating.
The Borland Funeral Home in Leeper was in charge of arrangements.
